Board of Directors

I love everything about theater, the fun of finding the perfect project, putting all the pieces together, helping bring a shared vision to life, making lifelong friends. I have been involved in theater on Orcas island since 1990. Actors Theater has given me so much and being on the board allows me to pay that forward.

Been "playing" around with ATOI before we found a home with the Grange. We went from resorts to restaurants, any place we could set up a light and a makeshift set.
So happy to still be a part of it all.....so many great memories and hopefully, many more to come!

I bought the Cottage Gift Shop and moved to Orcas Island in 1979. A year later I was asked to do a small part in the play “Snoopy” at the Orcas Grange. I was immediately hooked on theater. Since then, I’ve been involved in theater in many ways,; acting ,song and dance, stage managing, sets, and props and directing. Also, I’m active in committee work, fundraising, board work at both Orcas Center and Orcas Grange.
It’s a pleasure to have been involved with this wonderfully creative community.
